Do you have an example implimentation? I don't see how you can
implement "Sort" without a "Compare" operation on Element. Typically,
a user will want more than one "Compare" operation (ie Sort on first
name, sort on date). Moving Sort into a child package, that takes a
generic parameter of "Compare", would provide this.

Also, the semantics of the operations need to be clearly defined. Does
calling "Remove" invalidate other Iterators? What, exactly, does
"Closure_Operation" do?

There should be a "Insert (Iterator)" to add an element at the current
iterator position.

"List" should be limited, to prevent non-deep copies when Element is
an access type. Or it should be derived from Controlled, to allow the
user to override Adjust to provide a deep copy. Or a "Copy_Element"
generic procedure should be provided.
