I tend to stay in Emacs and get annoyed when M-q doesn't fill a
paragraph in Outloook. I would be less annoyed if Outlook had a 'fill
paragraph' feature .. (and if there is one, please tell me, I will be
eternally grateful) ..

.. but I have to admit that even in Emacs there is no real consistency
for extensions; the Ada mode uses C-c C-c to mean 'build', whereas in
CVS it means 'I've finished updating the log entry, commit' -- which
_is_ close to the semantics in gnus & rmail, 'send this message'.
