In Ada 95 you can associate a string message to an exception, and
there is a language defined package Ada.Exceptions, RM95-11.4.1, which
allows you to deal with "exception occurences". The syntax of
exceptions handlers has been a little extended:
exception
when E : others => ...
^ name of the exception occurence
