Two hours ago Professor Arvind Narayanan uploaded to LinkedIn:
"ideas are a dime a dozen and everyone else is too obsessed with their 
own ideas to pay attention to yours. As computing pioneer Howard Aiken 
said, "Don’t worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are 
any good, you’ll have to ram them down people’s throats.""

What’s important is not the idea, but the execution. Prove your idea 
works, and maybe more people will pay attention to you.

Ada is the execution of an idea. Imagine if someone came up and said 
“let’s take Pascal as the basis for a high-reliability, real-time 
programming language”. Who would believe you?
