Actually, Randy only quarentines mail that comes from IPs on blocklists.
I've had way too many co-workers and customers get on those blocklists
somehow. The only things I block are mails containing clearly spam
phrases, sources, or links. And I have a whitelist that prevents that
for known correspondents. So mail can be delayed, but real mail isn't
discarded.
