This is clearly a non-helpful error message; it should give the file
names and/or subunit names. 

Actually, did you try the compiler switch -gnatf? That might help (I
don't use subunits, so I don't know).

Send a request to report@gnat.com. If you are a paying customer,
they'll give it more weight.
