Does such a thing exist? Would be a nice (student) project if not.

Are there any other open-sourced interpreters written in Ada?

That working presupposes that any Scheme interpreter would be
open-sourced.

You're of course right. I should have mentioned that I'm especially
interested in something I could look at. I can imagine that there are
several interpreters written in Ada, for example for driving test
automations.

I've always been surprised that there are no such interpreters for
SNOBOL (or is that Snobol?) written in Ada. Esp as the guts of the
interpreter is already written in the Gnat.Snobol packages.

There is a test driver generator written in Ada called "tg" by Andr
Spiegel of the Free Univ. of Berlin. It is associated with package Adbm in
AdaPower. It generates Ada.

I'm not sure Adbm is on AdaPower. It is definitly on my site as one of my
contribution. Indeed I use "tg" to test my components. For your info Adbm is
a Btree on disk with 2 levels hash-table for fast access.

Pascal.
