Can you give an example of such code, together with the error message
GNAT 3.15p produces?

I've used GNAT 3.15p with lots of 'pragma Inline'.

On the other hand, 'pragma Not_Elaborated' is _not_ standard Ada;
search for it in the Ada Reference Manual - you won't find it.
