First thing I did when I got serious about Emacs was make my own list
of bindings to all the keys I care about. Then when I had to use a
weird keyboard, I just copied and edited that list. Made things much
easier.
These days, either everything has a "standard PC keyboard", or I can
just run an X server on my PC to get to it.
Life is good :).
