gnat 3.15 problems on Linux

Hello!
Are there any rpm for redhat/mandrake for gnat 3.15?
The reason I ask is that I've downloaded the binaries and installed them but 
it gives me the following:

[bnl@della ada]$ gnatmake hello

I searched on google but came up with nothing I could use
Any suggestions?
