Apologies in advance for what must be a very FAQ, but we are evaluating
cross-compiler options for a VME based project due to start late 97.
Host platform most likely to be Windows NT 4.0 PC, but could be DEC
Alpha under OpenVMS. Target to be 68040/060. Development language Ada
83/95.
*** Recommendations for suitable cross-compiler and development
environment welcome - we need a feel for the most industry-standard
approach for now, and future trends. App non-safety critical.
