I do not know of any. RR Software has a little tutorial test which would
not be as large as what you are looking for, but would be something short
and serious enough for a prospective employer to use on you during an
interview.
However, as for standardized tests and wanting a test to help you be
responsible with avionic systems, there are a few subsets of Ada used in
that field.
"What is the Psychometrics National Ada Exam?"
I have not heard of it before.
