ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/3.13p/winnt/gnat-3.13p-nt.exe
ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/3.13p/winnt/adagide-6.26.exe
and install them and then reboot.
