Well, after a fair amount of delay libra 0.1.0 has been released. This
release contains full implementations of the following data
structures:
        binary search trees
        singly and doubly linked lists
        queues
        dequeues
        stacks

The package containing the AVL balanced binary search trees is almost
completely implemented, apart from the deletion procedure (i'm still
swithering about how to implement this).

it also contains a library unit to deal with nntp servers, and Michael
Roe's implementations of the AES candidates.

It is available under a modified GPL, with an exception for linking
and instantiating generics.

You may download it from:

Please note that this is a pre-alpha release, and as such the
interfaces may change. Also, it may not work properly, or at all (but
I sincerely hope that it does <g>).

Libra 0.1.1 is planned to be to out by the middle of this month,
however should they not be met the secretary general will disavow all
knowledge.

Thanks.

- Aidan
