Can you give the full reference of this. Other articles that describes
how to take benefit of Ada's features to improve optimization would be
interesting.

Probably no one have the full overview of the total literature of the
subject, but most of the literature og optimizing I have seen, have
been on Fortran C/C++ or some functional programing language, and not 
much on Ada, but I can't qantify it.
