Well, the order we use for names
and titles is not necessarily the
natural order.   In Chinese or
Japanese we would say,

  Bush George

or for Mr. Bush,

  Bush Xianshiang (Chinese)
  Bush san (Japanese)

The fuss English speakers make about
the order of words for programming
syntax is artificial for every language,
and not necessarily the way the rest
of the world does it.
