You could struggle to find your own parser generator and appropriate
grammars.
I assume you don't want spend a year or two doing this.
If not, look at the DMS Reengineering Toolkit
(http:/www.semdesigns.com/Products/DMS/DMSToolkit.html).
We have done all that and lots for the languages you list, and other
languages besides.
But... its a commercial product.
