I recently was looking through comp.programming.threads
which is very interesting newsgroup but I did not find there
any references to Ada at all.
As Ada was carefully tailored for multitasking I think
that many Ada "gurus" participating here could also post in
comp.programming.threads. A lot of problems, ideas
discussed there could be easily expressed using Ada.
I think that comp.programming.threads is one of the most
appropriate places to advertise Ada.
One of the outstanding Ada features is tasking defined in OS
independant way as part of the language definition but no traces
of Ada could be found in the newsgroup especially dedicated
to multitasking.
Regards,
Vladimir Olensky.
