I've never seen Ada DES implementations although they may exist, but
it should be very easy to bind to Eric A. Young's "ssleay" library
(which includes DES). A net search should locate it for you easily
(the primary site is in Australia).

Unless you plan to maintain this baby (DES in Ada), you should be better
off
purchasing some COTS stuff (e.g. www.rsa.com) and hammer out a small
binding.
