Well, why not using a2ps (http://www-inf.enst.fr/~demaille/a2ps/)
which is under the GPL, has many options and is highly configurable
for any language you want? a2ps does recognize keywords, strings, ..., 
can be used with any postscript printer, can use colors if you want
so, can build a table of contents describing the files you have
printed, ...
