The library provides various means for editing and formatting strings:

This release adds implementations of some standards actively used in
communication RFC 3061, 4514; ISO 8601.
Changes to the previous version:
- Added the package Strings_Edit.Long_Floats, an instance of
String_Edit.Floats with Long_Float;
- The package Strings_Edit.UTF8.ITU_T61 provides ITU T.61 encoding
conversions;
- The package Strings_Edit.Object_Identifiers provides implementation of
RFC 3061 object identifiers (OID);
- The package Strings_Edit.Distinguished_Names provides implementation
of RFC 4514 distinguished names (DN);
- The package Strings_Edit.ISO_8601 provides ISO 8601 representations of
time and duration;
- Encoding and decoding Base64 streams were added to the package
Strings_Edit.Base64.
