Ok - I got a little bit further - I disabled shared as you suggested.
However that got me the same result.
But - I did the ./configure from a bash/mingw prompt.
It failed when make was executed in bash/mingw.
But when I started an ordinary cmd.exe prompt I get

This is with gprbuild from pacman - the 18.0 one
setting path to the 18.2 one makes it worse.


So - it looks better - but still no libraries insatlled.
I'll keep digging for a while.
