I just use the "-n" switch to tell the binder there is no main program.
(Well there is, but it is called from assembly).
I also use the "-o" parameter because I don't like the "b~" name, but 
this is just detail.

Yes, but since elaboration code is very dependent on nearly all sources,
it is almost each time regenerated.
