Hi,

I realise an IDL 3 parsor in Ada
(available here:  http://www.lifl.fr/~mullera/idlcompiler.tar.gz)
Perhaps that can interest somebody...

For now, it does not check semantic rules,
but any help would be welcome; -)

Fantastic. I've downloaded it and I'll take a look. It might be a little 
less confusing to call it an "OMG CORBA 3.0 IDL parser" (IDL is 
unfortunately also the name of a programming language).
