These are ones of major machine learning problems:
- Knowledge extraction
- Reinforcement learning
Humans can explain things, forget things, do erratic things time to
time. This is how it works with us based on our worldview, moral,
ethics, instincts etc. How would it work with an NN? Well, most likely
it will not. But it is possible that the solution will be to replace the
original problem with something else. Cars were designed around the
human driver. If you cannot replace the driver, replace the car, the
road etc.
