I'm currently working at customer office on Windows PC, but without
having admin rights.
Is there a way to install GNAT GPL even without having admin rights?
Is it possible to run GNAT from CD without anything to be installed?

Yes, just install GNAT on a computer where you can and copy this GNAT
installation into a directory on the other computer and add the "bin"
directory of this copy to your path.
