There is currently some effort to imporve the Ada-Mode for both Emacs and
Vim done by The GNU Ada Project.

http://gnuada.sourceforge.net/

You can download the latest files here:

http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/gnuada/trunk/tools/

For Emacs (unlike vim) there is much talk but not much done - prehaps you
like to join the effort to change that. If so send a support request to be
added to the project.
