Yes.  Gnat also has a version for the NT. The latest is 3.11.  It includes
libraries and bindings to the
 Win32 API if you want to write GUIs in Ada.  It also has OpenGL bindings
for graphics programs.
Check out SIG Ada for all the info on Ada that you will possibly need.
