Declare the following function:

function Rounded_Divide (Dividend : Integer; Divisor : Integer) return
Integer
is
begin
   return (Dividend + Divisor - 1) / Divisor;
end Rounded_Divide;

Then compute average as follows:

Average := Rounded_Divide (Sum_Of_Values, Number_Of_Values);
