This gives
$ ./phg2 >phg2.txt
raised CONSTRAINT_ERROR : perfect_hash_generators.adb:2268 index check failed
So this appears to be an error in GNAT.Perfect_Hash_Generators compounded by it
having been compiled with checks turned off.
