That certainly could be an error, although I am not familiar with
the history of the page.  I presume the legend "new" means the
entry is new not the page, not that the data is necessarily new.

AdaPower is currently the best general site, but there are many other
places that have smaller amounts of useful information.  Watch URLs
as they come by in the newsgroup.  Adahome used to be quite current,
but the maintainer seems to have dropped out of the Ada community,
with a lot of links still pointing to Adahome.  AdaIC is an "official"
site of a consortium of (all the) compiler vendors.  For some items
it is the "location of record", but is not destined to be the dynamic
site (AdaPower) or the dead site (Adahome) one can get with a single
dedicated individual driving the process.

As for a FAQ in the newsgroup, this newsgroup does not happen to
operate in that fashion.  Perhaps someone else has figured out what
cultural phenomena surround the relationship of a FAQ to a newsgroup.
I participate in several newsgroups that have no particular relation
to a FAQ.
