It is entirely possible that the reason you are having a hard time
is that you are trying to write C++ or Java code using Ada syntax.
Perhaps if you were to start simple; work through some really
basic program examples (Feldman's book at the intro level is quite
good) and started learning "The Ada Way" of doing things you
wouldn't find yourself so frustrated.
Of course it's always easier to just curse the darkness - but I
find that lighting a single candle usually improves things
dramatically.
