Hmmm. What characterizes the majority of coding which goes on in the DOD.
I'd been involved in software development for the DOD for quite a few years, bu
t
always having been in R&D, I suspect my uses were anything BUT typical;
in particular the amount of exploratory programming which goes on in a typical
AI
R&D project.
