info format Ada Reference Manual

As part of developing an official info version of the Ada
Reference Manual, I'm making a preliminary version available now, so
people can help review it. This version has the Technical Corrigendum
changes included, which currently available .info versions do not have.

See http://www.toadmail.com/~ada_wizard/ada/arm.html to download the
ARM or Annotated ARM in info format.

These files are produced from the official ARM sources
(http://www.ada-auth.org/cgi-bin-acats/cvsweb.cgi/), by Ada code that
generates Texinfo which is then processed by Gnu makeinfo. The current
HTML version is produced by the same Ada code; I've added Texinfo
output support to it.

Let me know if you are available to review this, and I'll let you know
what sections have been reviewed. I've looked at some parts of all
sections; I'd like to get complete coverage before releasing this.
Reviewing means comparing sections to the HTML version, available from
http://www.adaic.com/standards/ada95.html, and letting me know of any
significant differences, or suggestions for different formatting. I
can make changes in formatting, but not content!
