Sorry for the possible OT-ness.
What is the standard mathematical/engineering term, if any, for a rate
expressed as a real number between 0 and 1?
"Uniformly_Distributed" sounds too domain-bound. And it's horribly long.
"Percentage" made me think of "perunitage" but this does not exist,
right?
