Randy Brukardt recently noted that AdaIC has ability to
find libraries ("Re: setjmp/longjmp?" thread) and then
"The only problem with it is that a lot of people never
have nominated their sites for inclusion. (In which case,
of course, they're not indexed at all.)"
My question is why would you expect the participation
with the Registry to be any different than the experience
with AdaIC or other websites ?

I am not going to waste any more of your time on implementation
details until you have published your proposal so that there
is actually something to comment about.
