Yes, this is most probably true - both things are doubtful: XML does not seem
good notation, it is probably worse that many programming languages in this
respect... perhaps there should be translators *into* XML; as for the registry
project, it is still unclear why it will be more useful than, say, AdaPower,
and whether it has chances to survive.

one major kind of entities - Projects. I think that this is wrong way to go,
because such a registry will not differ fundamentally from corresponding part
of AdaPower (still most successful Ada-oriented website), and will suffer from
the same principal problems (yes, it may be equipped with various technical,
legal and procedural elements, but all that will not save the thing).
I think that any really useful and alive registry of this kind should contain
also 2 other major kinds of entities: 1) reviews and 2) design patterns.
