Javier,
the pdf-version seems to be crippled insofar that the headlines
are cut by 3/4 , i.e. unreadable
regards,
Peter

This happened to me: I wanted to give a personal reply (feedback)
and must observe that this is published to CLA!
This is not nice.
The reply_to_mail_address was comp.lang.ada@ada.eu.org (!)
of which I was unaware.

Hi,
If you are receiving cla through the mailing list, every
message is "Reply-To : comp.lang.ada@ada.eu.org" and is
an issue of the cla news-server, not the OP.

It worked correctly when I read it using Acrobat Reader version 4.0.

Are you sure you were looking at the top of page "headlines"?
The rest was OK, indeed.
Looking at it with version 5.0, I had the same experience
(top headlines are cut). The postscript version is fine though.
Anyway, no one yet has thanked Javier for his work. What I've
had time to see so far (just a skim), is a significant amount
of effort on his part. So I'll offer my hearty thanks for his
contribution! I am looking forward to reading it.
Warren.

You are correct. I do now see some partial artifacts from the page
headers.

I would also like to thank Javier. That is quite a document!
I look forward to reading it as well.
The problem with the PDF version is easy to fix. The PDF version
was created with Ghostscript with a target of Letter size paper
(8.5 x 11 inches), which was probably different than the paper
size used to create the original document. If you download the
Postscript version and then translate it to PDF using a target
paper size of A4 (21 x 29.7 centimeters), then the result is a
very nice looking document with no page headers cut off.
Thanks again Javier!

In reply to: Peter Herman, Jim Rogers, Warren W.Gay, and Jeffrey D.Cherry:
The PDF file was generated by the ps2pdf filter which comes with the
Linux Debian 3.0 distribution. I just checked it with the acrobat reader
available for Linux and (erroneously!) I assummed it was well generated.
I will try to solve this problem today !
I am already cooking the donwloadable HTML version. It is 5MB length
organized in several directories. Therefore I have to write a small bash
program
which modifies the links of the html sources to simplify the installation.
Thank you very much for your comments (and for your "thanks") !!

Hi all !
I have just upgraded the server (http://www.iuma.ulpgc.es/users/jmiranda)
with a new version of the PDF file which solves the problems. The PS and
