I got such a package from http://www.blastwave.org
The best way is to download their pkg-get utility.
This utility will fetch the appropriate files for the
given package, based on the hardware and software
platform. They support Solaris on both sparc and x86.
I was using Solaris 8 on x86, and the package downloaded,
installed and ran like a charm.
