I've put speech that Lloyd K. Mosemann II gave at STC this year on the
AdaIC website. You can find it at

He had some fine things to say about Ada, and also about SPARKAda and
Rational. Though he retired as Air Force deputy assistant secretary a
while ago and is now a senior VP at SAIC, his opinions about Ada and
software development process haven't changed. See the interview I had
