I haven't seen any lasting problems with the big providers, just smaller 
ones. I get the list mail on my phone, for instance (which is a GMail 
account).

I read on a IETF mailing list around may 2014 about  problems with mailing 
lists and some e-mail providers (yahoo? gmail? I am not 100% sure, it has 
been a long time...) that changed their DMARC policies and this caused the 
(silent?) rejection of some ML messages.  It has been a long time and I do 
not remember the details (I can dig, if you want).  Maybe is this related 
with the Ada-Comment problem?

If this can help: I have a gmail account and I received the thread about 
random number generation.
