I am writing an article for Ada Users Journal.
The article contains full listings of several packages.
Should I remove "with Inline" from the listings to reduce typographical
space, as "with Inline" is unrelated with matters which I explain to the
reader? Or should I present packages as is, without any change?

I say remove it. You don't want to needlessly bulk up the listings.
However, check to make sure your edited package still works as desired
(typos are easy to make).
