The answers to both of your questions are probably yes.  You may have
to do the porting of GCC/Ada yourself though.  If you can manage
without the run-time, it is likely to be reasonably easy.

Once you have GCC/Ada working alongside your GCC/C for the Eyebot,
linking Ada and C code should be just like on any other platform.

Does the Eyebot use an operating system (which?) or do you program it
directly?  And what is the Eyebot?
