Where performance (timing) really matters at the level of severity making
it functional, it is specified in the form of real-time constraints. Then
your case looks much worse, fatal rather, sorry.
You have to show that an activity X is completed before the deadline T,
that must follow from the types selected and overall design. This means
that timing of the operations shall be contracted (which sill does not
guarantee you anything, but necessary to any form of static analysis). And
you have no contracts at all!
