I just received a letter and news release that TeleInvest, a subsiduary
of Swedish Telecom, will acquire TeleSoft and then merge it with 
TeleLogic to form TeleSoft AB.  HQ will be in Stockholm, with operations
in San Diego and Brussels. Valuation of TeleSoft was >$40m.
