I have wheezy (Debian 7) installed, and find
$ dpkg -S libgnat.a
gnat-4.6: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.6/rts-native/adalib/libgnat.a
i.e. what you have is part of the standard 4.6 package, and linking with
-g should pick it up.
