You could try

   type Node_Type(Discr : access Object_Type := Obj'Access) is new Emb_Node
     with null record;

to avoid the name clash, but there is no Obj here to take 'Access of.

The compilable way to write this would be

   type Node_Type(Obj: access Object_Type) is new Emb_Node
     with null record;

or, better in most cases,

   type Node_Type(Obj: access Object_Type) is new Emb_Node
     with null record;
