Packages Ada_Numerics.Float_Arrays and .Long_Float_Arrays are
provided; they are instantiations of .Generic_Arrays for the
standard Float and Long_Float types.
The packages are declared Pure.
The code is compatible with GNAT GPL 2013 (a minor change was
required to avoid a compilation warning).
