No, the Ada way would be

<identifier> : comment begin
   the identifier is required, here and on the "end comment"

   anything in here is ignored, including any

   end comment <other_identifier>;

   Of course, a "comment begin" without a matching "end comment" is an error,
   as is an "end comment" without a matching "comment begin".
end comment <identifier>;
