So you want "goto Loop_Name" to branch to the *bottom* of the loop, not
the top?  I think that would confuse a lot of people.  If such a feature
were to be added, you might as well call it "continue".

One data point: Perl has a postfix if.

    if ($condition) {
        do_something();
    }

    do_something() if $condition;
